Advice to our guests
Always wear the mask in common places and where it is not possible to keep social distancing both inside and near the structure
Sanitize your hands every time you return and leave the structure or the breakfast room.
Breakfast served in compliance with anti-contagion regulations
Avoid crowds during check-in, during your stay and on the day of departure.
Air the rooms, especially the larger ones, at least for 3 minutes every hour.
Obligation to maintain social distancing also facilitated by paths indicated with markers on the floor in case of queues
SERVICE STAFF

The staff uses approved PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gloves, FFP2 masks and uniforms and is also suitably trained on the health and safety protocols prepared by the World Health Organization.
SANITATION PROTOCOL
Our structure has always observed strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the environments,
Following the Covid-19 emergency, the protocols have been further strengthened.All linen is washed at 90 degrees with antibacterial products and sterilized.
The air conditioning systems have been sanitized.
Touch objects are subjected to daily sanitation.
All common areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day.
Guests can use the dispensers with hand sanitizer gel and in the toilets the hand cleaner contains sanitizer.
OUR ROOMS

We assign our guest a room completely sanitized with specific products and subjected to a sanitizing nebulization treatment.
All rooms have balconies and / or windows to allow for adequate ventilation.
Should our Guest, for greater personal safety, prefer not to allow the service staff access to the room during their stay in the structure, they must notify the reception.
HOSPITALITY
To limit the stay at the reception for welcome and departure operations, we have introduced online check-in.
The desk is equipped with transparent Plexiglas to ensure the distance between the Guest and the reception staff.For greater safety to the Guest, the temperature could be measured via a remote thermoscanner.
